About Our Value chain: 85% of fabric used in the designs are cotton. And are from local artisans based in Lagos, Osun and Abia state of Nigeria where the designs and our stories are depicted in the indigenous fabric called ‘Adire’ and ‘Asooke’. The other 15% which are mix of polyester, wool, silk and Linen are fabric sourced from retailers in open markets.

Adire is a traditional indigo-dyed textile from the Yoruba people of Nigeria. The word Adire means “tie and dye” in Yoruba, and the fabric is known for its intricate patterns created using resist-dyeing techniques. It is handcrafted, eco-friendly and sustainable

Aso-Oke is a handwoven fabric traditionally worn by the Yoruba people of Nigeria. It is often used for special occasions like weddings, coronations, and festivals. It is artisanal, durable, reusable, and it’s natural fibre.
